    Imaging and Radiology

Radiology is the science that uses medical imaging to diagnose and treat diseases within the body. Lawrence County Memorial Hospital’s highly-skilled staff members perform a variety of diagnostic radiology exams to screen for possible disease, help diagnose a disease or condition, and find out how well the body responds to treatment.

We use several types of imaging techniques such as x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine, to see structures inside your body and use that information to guide your treatment. The radiology department is staffed 24 hours per day for our patients' needs.
