About Us
Lawrence County Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital located in Lawrenceville, Illinois. It serves residents of Lawrence County, the easternmost county in the state of Illinois, and shares a border with southwest Indiana.
Our federal designation as a critical access hospital identifies us as a community hospital with fewer than 25 inpatient beds and 24-hour emergency care. Lawrence County Memorial offers a special inpatient rehabilitation program called Swing Bed. Additionally, our primary care providers are trained to assess and treat a variety of conditions that occur throughout life - from newborn to senior adults.
At Lawrence County Memorial Hospital, we are proud to offer high-quality, compassionate health care for our patients and their families. That includes advanced technology typically found in larger facilities. You may be surprised to learn the extent of services and procedures available without leaving town.
