    Shana Strange
    Chief Financial Officer 
    Shana was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Illinois.  She graduated from the University of Illinois with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting, and passed the CPA exam as well. Shana moved to St. Louis, MO to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years. During that time, she married Kevin Strange, who is also a Lawrenceville native. Shana and her family moved back to Lawrenceville after having their first son.  She worked for Kemper CPA Group for 7 years. Shana and Kevin have three children, William, Rori and Erin.




    Vicki Potts
    Chief Nursing Officer 
    With a distinguished career spanning 36 years in nursing, Vicki Potts, MSN, RN, CEN, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Chief Nursing Officer at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital. Vicki earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana, equipping her with a strong academic foundation that complements her extensive clinical experience. Vicki is thrilled to be part of Lawrence County Memorial Hospital, where she is devoted to serving the community of Lawrence County. Outside of her professional life, Vicki enjoys gardening, landscaping, and outdoor activities. She has been happily married for 36 years and is a proud mother of three married children. Vicki and her husband are also delighted grandparents to six wonderful grandchildren, with the anticipation of welcoming grandchild number seven soon.


    Gene Allen
    Executive Director of Hospital Operations, Primary Care Clinic Manager
    Gene has functioned as the Director of the LCMH Primary Care Clinic for the past 7 years. He is Board Certified in Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and in Rural Health. While under his leadership, the clinic achieved the “Lilly Pad Award” as one of the top 5 Rural Health Clinics in the Midwest, and top 25 Rural Health Clinics in the nation. He comes from a long line of family that has served at LCMH and looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional healthcare to the community he loves. Gene and his wife Jerri reside in Bridgeport and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Gene loves sports and has coached for over 25 years in both the Youth and High School Leagues.



    Logan Fiscus
    Executive Director of Pharmacy & Supply Chain
    Logan was born and raised in Bridgeport, Illinois. He graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and then Indiana Wesleyan University with a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration. He has a wide arrange of pharmacy experience including nearly 10 years in Critical Access Hospital pharmacy management. At LCMH, Logan oversees pharmacy operations, the outpatient infusion center, and supply chain management. Logan married his high school sweetheart, Chealsi, and together they have two young boys. In his spare time, Logan is an assistant coach for the local Red Hill High School Saluki football team.
