    Total Joint Replacement

Total joint replacement is one of the most successful surgeries available today. Total joint replacement has been shown to reliably decrease pain and restore mobility and function in patients with end stage arthritis and other joint conditions including congenital, developmental and traumatic joint problems.

New surgical procedures, implant materials and designs offer improved longevity.  Some common joint replacements such as total knee and hip can often be performed as minimally invasive surgical procedures in an outpatient setting. Recovery is faster and there is less need for pain killers, less need for transfusions, lower risks of infection and better recovery at home.

    Foot & Ankle Surgery
We offer comprehensive foot and ankle care, treating problems from bunions to deformities and disorders of the foot and ankle, including fractures. While many foot and ankle problems can be remedied with conservative care, including correctional orthotic devices, we also treat a variety of serious injuries and disorders using sophisticated surgical techniques such as internal fixation, ankle arthroscopy and ankle replacement.

    Total Ankle Arthroplasty
Ankle arthroplasty, also known as ankle replacement surgery, is a procedure that removes the damaged bone and cartilage of the ankle and replaces it with stronger prosthetic parts, specially designed to mimic the movement of your original joint.  This procedure is an alternative to ankle fusion. Your physician will consider factors such as your condition, age, weight and activity level to determine which procedure may be best for you.

    Lapiplasty®
Lapiplasty is a “3D Bunion Correction” a paradigm shift in surgical correction. For the first time, this surgery allows for the correction of the bunion in 3 anatomic dimensions for complete anatomical alignment and stabilization of the unstable MTP joint which is the root cause of bunion formation.
With lapiplasty the metatarsal bone is fully repaired using specialized instrumentation. The procedure realigns the bone, corrects the rotation, removes the bunion bump and straightens the big toe. Titanium plates permanently secure the joint to retain the correction.
