Current Illinois RN of LPN License, Required
The Full Time, Clinic RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the clinic environment. Performs patient and office related duties; including but not limited to, clinical measurements and data collection. Documents data and provider directed information. Communicates effectively with Clinic Practitioners about changes in patient’s status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
The team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations.
May perform other tasks as assigned including assisting in Surgery and with office procedures and referrals.

The IT Specialist at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital will be an on-site position responsible for setting up, managing, and troubleshooting hardware, software and other technology systems used to maintain our computer and software networks. The IT Specialist will report to the Chief Information Officer.

You will play a vital role in implementing treatment plans, providing patient care, and ensuring that patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in various settings including outpatient clinics, acute care facilities, and home health environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed such as exercise, heat, cold, massage and mobilization.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in EHR.
