Beginning the week of February 15the, patients who have an existing patient portal through Thrive, can go to www.lcmhosp.org, click on Patient Portal at the top and they will be redirected to their new patient portal through MyCareCorner. Your information will automatically transfer to your new account.
If you have any questions regarding how to set up your Patient Portal, you can go to our website, www.lcmhosp.org, and click on Patient Portal in the upper right hand corner where detailed instructions are listed on how to set up your new Patient Portal. If you do not currently use the Patient Portal, we encourage you to do so. Speak with your nurse or one of the receptionists to get signed up at your next clinic visit.
