Job Summary
The Acute Care RN or LPN will examine, diagnose, and treat patients with Acute illnesses or injuries under the guidance of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. They will assess patient conditions, educate patients and perform other duties to support patients. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care. This is a PRN position that requires 2-3 evenings a week and rotating weekends.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery process. The Physical Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.

- Experience in inpatient settings, including acute care hospitals or rehabilitation facilities.
- Familiarity with pediatric physical therapy practices is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Sanitate food service areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with food preparation and meal planning according to specific dietary guidelines
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meals are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and prevent contamination
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of dietary information and client preferences
- Follow time management protocols to ensure meals are served on schedule
- Assist with meal preparation for special events or dietary restrictions
