As a Controller, you will combine financial expertise with strategic planning to ensure the hospital’s financial health and operational success. Here are the key responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight:
- Provides administrative direction and coordination of the finance function for hospital operations.
- Oversee the overall budget process for the facility, ensuring financial stability and compliance with financial regulations.
- Managing revenue, expenses, and financial reporting.
2. Strategic Financial Planning:
- Directs long-range strategic financial planning, considering the hospital’s growth, investments, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with other leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
3. Capital Management:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Capital Management Cycle.
- This involves planning, budgeting, acquiring, and maintaining capital assets (such as medical equipment, facilities, and technology).
4. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Payor Contract Management:

Facilitates the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies and equipment. Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team.
Responsible for preparing and assembling medical and surgical supplies, instrumentation, and equipment, maintaining the sterile processing areas, and receiving and distributing surgical supplies and equipment. This position has NO CALL, NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDS and hours will be between M-F 6:30-3:00 pm CT. Pay: From $19.75 per hour

The Part-Time, Dietary Aide will perform a variety of numerous dietary functions as directed, assigned or instructed, such as setting up beverages, meals, utensils in preparation for and delivery of food service to patients and staff. Clean up duties will also be required all in accordance with current applicable federal and state regulations and established facility procedures and policies.
